摘要: The study on bacterial cellulose (BC) nanofibers used as templates for hydroxylapatite (HAp) deposition has been investigated by our group and many other researchers. However, BC is only microscopically similar to natural collagen but not molecular structure. If protein could be introduced the surfaces of nanofibers, mimic fibers in terms both shape In this work, latest results concerning preparation polylysine (PLL) coated are reported. It found that e-polylysine (PLL), a coming peptide, was via crosslinking method using procyanidins crosslinker. bioactivity PLL demonstrated bone-like HAp throughout scaffold simulated body fluid (SBF). To initiate mineralization were immersed 1.5 times fluids (1.5 SBF) at 37 °C 7 days. deposited minerals nanofiber characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). These proved act nano induce formation nano-sized platelet-like, calcium-deficient, B-type carbonated which features closed those biological apatite.
