摘要: Thin-layer drying experiments were conducted with barley at three radiation intensities, 0.167, 0.333 and 0.500 W cm−2; inlet air velocities, 0.3, 0.5 0.7 m s−1; two levels of initial moisture 25 40% d.b.; relative humidity, 36 60%. A computer controlled data logging system was used to measure loss in weight specified time interval. total 72 runs comprised replications. The fitted the modified exponential model using NLIN regression technique. coefficients obtained then correlated against independent variables stepwise multiple linear regression. proposed gave adequate simulation experimental data.
