摘要: Abstract A methodology is presented to select a consistent method, using electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS), extract the fraction of sp 2 -bonded carbon atoms in carbonaceous materials. According this methodology, reliable method has conjointly fulfill two criteria. The first one consists verifying, on perfect graphite sample, that experimental evolution R  =  I π* /(  +  σ* )-ratios good agreement with theoretically predicted as function settings. second criterion measuring fractions amorphous samples minimum fluctuation. We test three commonly used -extraction techniques, and we show they exhibit some failures. thus implement more accurate process accounts for -evolution exhibits low intrinsic 4%-noise, determined from Moreover, check transferability our wide range EELS spectra, acquired different resolutions exhibiting various contents.
