摘要: Abstract Al 2 O 3 anti-oxidation coatings were prepared by cathode plasma electrolytic deposition (CPED). The kinetics of CPED process was investigated current density–voltage curves on the samples with different surface placement directions. As polyethylene glycol (PEG) is added in solution, spark ignition density i c(spark ignition) reduced significantly, and influence directions becomes very weak. Consequently, discharges ignite randomly at whole surface, which would be favorable for formation uniform large-sized complex shapes. Owing to adding PEG oxidation spallation resistance coating are improved, critical load increased.
