摘要: The expression of a variety cytoprotective genes is regulated by short cis-acting elements in their promoters, called antioxidant response (AREs). A central regulator ARE-mediated gene the NF-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2). Human hepatitis B virus (HBV) induces strong activation Nrf2/ARE-regulated vitro and vivo. This triggered HBV-regulatory proteins (HBx LHBs) via c-Raf MEK. Nrf2/ARE-mediated induction HBV results better protection HBV-positive cells against oxidative damage as compared with control cells. Furthermore, there significantly increased proteasomal subunit PSMB5 that associated decreased level immunoproteasome PSMB5i. In accordance this finding, display higher constitutive proteasome activity even after interferon α/γ treatment. HBV-dependent might ensure survival infected cell, shape immune to HBV, thereby promote establishment infection.
