Personality and risk of cognitive impairment 25 years later.

摘要: The authors examined the relationship between personality and cognitive impairment in 4,039 members of Swedish Twin Registry. Neuroticism extraversion scores were collected 1973 at midlife, was assessed same group 25 years later. Data analyzed with case-control co-twin control designs. Greater neuroticism associated higher risk results from case-control, but not co-twin, analyses. Compared both introversion, moderate lower designs, as combination high low extraversion.
