摘要: The combination of apoplectic symptoms and a sellar mass most often points to diagnosis pituitary adenoma. Sellar tuberculomas are not considered as cause 'pituitary apoplexy' there has been no radiological documentation haemorrhage associated with them. We report 27 years old man who presented 3 previous episodes apoplexy. CT scan showed evidence haemorrhage. Transsphenoidal biopsy the intrasellar was reported 'tuberculoma'. patient had marked reduction in size lesion following antituberculous therapy recurrence symptoms. Intrasellar must be one differential when patients present
