摘要: Abstract Tuberculoma involving the sellar and suprasellar region is extremely rare. Sellar tuberculoma usually presents with endocrinopathy of hypofunction, rarely hyperfunction or normal function anterior pituitary. However, sellar–suprasellar presenting diabetes insipidus (DI) very We report case a 32 year old housewife DI secondary amenorrhea, who had mass on MRI. She underwent transnasal transsphenoidal surgical removal pituitary mass, which was tubercular in nature histology. received antitubercular treatment hormonal replacement therapy. well at last follow-up, 3 years after surgery.
