摘要: Previous studies indicate that the receptor for advanced glycosylation end products (RAGE) plays an important role in multiple pathological processes, including Alzheimer's disease. Currently there are three established isoforms of RAGE receptor, with each isoform generated as result alternative splicing. It is presently unclear which normally expressed human brain, nor has it been determined if additional exist brain. In present study we demonstrate first time isoforms, well previously unidentified splicing variants, These data suggest may have functions mediated by individual or coordinated efforts different generating specifically interact various ligands
