摘要: Abstract Background Pseudoaneurysms associated with pancreatic pseudocysts are different from simple, isolated pseudoaneurysms and there is paucity of published data on their non surgical treatment. Aim To retrospectively analyze results combination angioembolisation or thrombin injection followed by endoscopic transpapillary drainage for management pseudocysts. Methods Eight patients (all males; mean age ± SD: 31.2 ± 6.1 years; age range: 21–38 years) underwent radiological the pseudoaneurysm Results All had (median size 4 cm) underlying chronic pancreatitis. abdominal pain presentation 7/8 (87.5%) presented overt gastrointestinal bleeding. The varied 1 to 4 cm. Two were treated percutaneous whereas six digital subtraction angiography angioembolisation. successful through major (5) minor papilla (3) resolution was noted within 6 weeks 4 weeks). No significant complication procedure in any patients. Conclusions can be successfully safely a obliteration drainage.
