摘要: Mary Parker Follett has been categorized as both an individualist and a collectivist, based on statements in her varied writings over two decades. This paper argues that, instead, approached the issue of true nature man using Hegelian dialectical technique, emerging with distinct position that merges best extremes into unique synthesis. While traditional individualist/collectivist dichotomy still holds sway much management literature, several recent theories take perspective similar to Follett’s are discussed. The analysis makes clear once again, ideas were ahead their time.
