摘要: Multiphoton electron extraction spectroscopy (MEES) is an analytical method for direct analysis of solids under ambient conditions in which the samples are irradiated by short UV laser pulses and photocharges emitted recorded as a function wavelength. The very sensitive, many peaks observed at wavelengths that resonance with surface molecules. capabilities MEES have recently been demonstrated, here we perform systematic comparison some traditional spectroscopies commonly applied to material analysis. These include absorption, reflection, excitation emission fluorescence, Raman, Fourier transform IR, near-IR spectroscopies. conducted powders thin films compounds active all tested. Besides obvious spectral parameters (signal-to-noise ratio, peak density, resulting limits detection), introduce two additional variables—the quality density—that represent our intuitive perception value spectrum. It shown most superior tool other methods tested both sample morphologies.
