摘要: Abstract During pathogen interaction with the host, several mechanisms are used to favor or inhibit infectious process; one is called nutritional immunity, characterized by restriction of micronutrients pathogens. Several studies on fungi Paracoccidioides complex, have demonstrated that these pathogens remodel their metabolic pathways overcome hostile condition imposed host. However, molecular control regulation those changes not fully understood. Therefore, this work characterizes expression profile miRNAs during iron deprivation and describes putatively regulated molecules. Through analysis RNAseq, 45 were identified eight presented alterations in deprivation. Among differentially miRNAs, five more abundant yeast cells interestingly, analyses genes potentially pointed as oxidative phosphorylation, altered response In addition, abundance presence, target encoding transcriptional factors related homeostasis uptake. we suggest produced brasiliensis may contribute adaptive responses fungus starvation environment.
