摘要: Microfluidic techniques have been recently developed for cell-based assays. In microfluidic systems, the objective is these microenvironments to mimic in vivo surroundings. With advantageous characteristics such as optical transparency and capability automating protocols, different types of cells can be cultured, screened, monitored real time systematically investigate their morphology functions under well-controlled response various stimuli. Recently, study stem using platforms has attracted considerable interest. Even though studied extensively bench-top an understanding behavior vivo-like which stimulate cell proliferation differentiation still lacking. this paper, recent studies systems are first introduced. The miniature culture, sorting isolation, stimulation then reviewed. main focus review on papers published years studying by technology. This aims provide experts microfluidics overview research.
