摘要: Abstract Background Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most malignant type of brain tumor derived from astrocytes. According to World Health Organization (WHO), it considered a grade IV tumor. Due heterogenic causative GBM, identification novel biomarkers could help better prognosis and improve therapeutic methods in cancerous patients. The expression profile data analysis has been able identify highly altered level genes associated with GBM. present study aims introduce potent module hub tip miRNAs gliomagenesis. Methods Differentially expressed (DEGs) were obtained three GEO datasets, including 40 glioblastoma samples 20 normal tissues. Next, using GEO2R tool, DEGs between tissues standard picked out. Finally, silico analysis, genes, significant which target these hubs selected. Results 32 based on protein-protein interaction (PPI) molecular functions as genes. SNAP25 supposed have critical role mechanisms underlying glioblastoma. Four introduced potential according number miRNA-hubs numbers. Conclusion This bioinformatics provided understanding However, further studies are needed find exact tumorigenesis this high-grade glioma.
