摘要: Glioma is the most common brain tumor with high mortality. However, there are still challenges for timely and accurate diagnosis effective treatment of tumor. One hundred twenty-one samples grades II, III IV from Gene Expression Omnibus database were used to construct gene co-expression networks identify hub modules closely related glioma grade, performed pathway enrichment analysis on genes significant modules. In network constructed by 2345 differentially expressed 121 expression profiles glioma, we identified black blue that associated grading. The module preservation based 118 indicates two replicable. Enrichment showed extracellular matrix enriched module, while cell division module. According survival analysis, 21 significantly up-regulated one was down-regulated. What's more, IKBIP, SEC24D, FAM46A little attention among 22 genes. this study, mentioned first time current knowledge, which might provide a new idea us study disease in future. SEC24D malignancy degree be as biomarkers improve diagnosis, prognosis glioma.
