摘要: Abstract A modified vapour phase contact-free method to grow homogeneous single crystals of solid solutions (SS) II–VI compounds is presented. Single Cd(S, Se), Zn(S, (Zn, Cd)Se, Cd)S, Te), Zn(Se, and Te) up 55 mm in diameter were grown. Different applications the are discussed.
