摘要: Abstract The Sm12Co60−xCu6Fe19+xZr3 (x = 0–10) ribbons are prepared by melt-spun at 20 m/s, and the effects of Fe content on structure magnetic properties studied. It is observed that all as-spun composed Sm(Co,M)7 phase small amount α-Fe phase. addition does not change composition ribbons. However, can supersaturatedly dissolve in constrain 1:7H x = 3 starts to decompose when annealed above 800 °C, is, SmCo 1:7H → SmCo 1:5H + SmCo 2:17R + α-Fe. shown as precipitated phase, these phases distributed form fine needles. Magnetization determined nucleation field; And magnetization different temperatures coercivity mechanisms. In maximum applied field 20 kOe, x = 1 800 °C gets highest 2.262 kOe; x = 5 remanence 36.94 emu/g.
