摘要: Abstract Melt-spun ribbons with a composition of Sm (Co 0.74 Fe 0.1 Cu 0.12 Zr 0.04 ) 8 were prepared wheel speed 40 m/s, followed by vacuum heat treatment in the temperature range 650–850 °C, for different durations. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) results showed that main phase is TbCu 7 -type both, as-spun and annealed ribbons, except small amount α-Fe(Co). The intrinsic coercivity values i H c  = 6.9 kOe sample treated at 700 °C 35 min. When annealing time increased more than 30 min, decreases third appears. microstructure ribbon samples was characterised using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) energy dispersive microanalysis (EDAX). Detailed Sm(Co melt-spun correlation between magnetic properties grains size are presented.
