摘要: Electroplated nickel coatings provide ductility, excellent corrosion resistance and good wear resistance, which qualifies them to meet complex demands of engineering, microtechnology microelectronics. The co-deposition particles is a promising alternative deposit layers with adequate microstructure properties avoiding the rise residual stress. incorporation sufficient quantity particles, monodisperse distribution downsizing nanometre scale affect amount strengthening by dispersion hardening. To avoid agglomeration in electroplating bath as well layer challenge has been met simple Watts electrolyte minimum organic additives agitation comprising sonication, i.e. exposure high-frequency sound waves. Well-dispersed hard (titanium oxide silicon carbide) were incorporated films. focus was set on correlation between gained composites from micron electrochemical mechanical properties. Corrosion quantified polarisation curves volumetric erosion measurements. Wear evaluated scratch energy density studies, oscillating sliding testing cavitation compared indentation hardness results. Sonication particle result matrix grain refinement Incorporation different respect material size proved demands. Submicron TiO2 best for high sonicated without abrasion nano submicron SiC resistance.
