摘要: Materials with nano-crystalline structure are away from equilibrium state. Nanometric (nano-crystalline) is the term which applied for each material provided that its microstructure comprises of extremely fine particles, measuring 1 to 100 nm generally. Comparing materials ordinary structure, nanostructured materials, due having high density interface levels and also volume crystal imperfections like vacancy dislocations, show unique unparallel properties. In inter-crystal areas, atomic way arrangement atoms differ areas consequently, physical chemical properties as well. The main reason behind this behavioral change can be defined a result superficial energy increase in materials. special level following free cause sensitive surface (like reaction phenomena) improved coupled accelerating processes operated progressive force.
