摘要: Myc proteins are key regulators of mammalian cell proliferation. They transcription factors that activate genes as part a heterodimeric complex with the protein Max. This review summarizes recent progress in understanding how stimulates proliferation and this might contribute to cellular transformation tumorigenesis.
