Survey of ultrasound therapy devices in Manitoba.

摘要: In 1982 a survey was performed of 89 ultrasound therapy devices in use medical and paramedical organizations Manitoba. Field measurements ultrasonic output power, intensity, timer accuracy the clinical operating range were made together with maximum power transducer frequency. Results are presented performance characteristics units compared manufacturers' criteria for as given Canadian Radiation Emitting Devices (RED) Act.
