摘要: Abstract Devices developed for the aeronautic or space industries must be able to operate in harsh environments. In order protect devices such as microstrip antennae, various coatings have used. Herein, we present results of obtaining YSZ/Al2O3 heterostructures by Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) protection planar monopole antennas without changing their performances after deposition process. The theoretical SRIM-TRIM simulation code on effects ionized radiations incident a heterostructure, well physical properties thin films obtained PLD technique are also presented. SRIM studies show that at same energy range proton penetration depth is higher than alpha depth, giving insights about and particles studied targets. Our goal obtain multilayer structure enhance endurance antenna microwave circuitry environment reducing under nominal operation conditions.
