摘要: A hydrodynamic model is established to study the interactions of a dust particle with radio-frequency (rf) sheath, taking into account influence spatial inhomogeneity as well ion-neutral collisions. Numerical results are obtained for charge on and distribution induced potential around this particle, based self-consistent modeling sheath parameters such electric field, ion velocity, electron densities. The exhibits familiar oscillatory structure wake potential, which is, however, strongly damped due collisional effects. rf gives rise further damping reduction oscillations at large distances from particle.
