摘要: UNLABELLED We evaluated the pretreatment of small-dose ketamine or normal saline in reduction withdrawal movements induced by rocuronium injection. One-hundred pediatric patients (aged 1-6 yr) were randomly assigned into 2 groups. A 22-gauge IV cannula was inserted dorsum hand, and 0.2 mg/kg given, followed a 5 thiopental injection 10 s later. (0.8 mg/kg) injected over s. The patient's response to graded using four-point scale double-blinded manner. observed that incidence 83% group 27% pretreated with (P < 0.05). Some both groups developed skin erythema at site conclude significantly attenuates associated anesthetized thiopental. IMPLICATIONS Pretreatment provides simple safe means reducing rocuronium, short-acting nondepolarizing muscle relaxant.
