摘要: Background/aim: We aimed to compare the effectiveness of esmolol 1 mg/kg and lidocaine for injection pain prevention rocuronium-induced withdrawal response. Materials methods: enrolled a total 81 patients in study. Patients were randomly assigned receive either 10 mL 0.9% NaCl (Group P), E), or 1.0 L). A subparalyzing dose rocuronium 0.05 was administered all its effects recorded. Anesthesia induced with intravenous propofol 0.5 groups. The movements patient groups subsequently graded. Results: There statistically significant difference overall incidence group E L compared placebo after administrating subparalyzed (no response: Group = 81.5%, 77.8%, P 14.8%) (P < 0.001). After administration an intubating rocuronium, had significantly lower movement than other 63%, 22.2%) Conclusion: found that attenuates also reduces when used at doses.
