摘要: The molecular mass of ovalbumin, a well-characterized protein, has been determined from low-speed sedimentation equilibrium distributions recorded by the absorption and Rayleigh optical systems Beckman XL-I ultracentrifuge in order to assess reliability various procedures for analyzing interfero-metric records.
