Zn and Ni Doping Effect on Anomalous Suppression of Tc in an Over Doped Region of TlBa2Ca2Cu3O9−δ

摘要: Variation of Tc in the over doped region have been investigated for Zn and Ni samples TlBa2Ca2Cu3O9−δ to obtain a clue understand anomalous suppression Tc. We expected that if anomaly Tl-1223 originates from stripe order like La-214 system, is enhanced by doping. The results showed disappeared both doping contrary expectation so possibility was ruled out. Two possible explanations were proposed based on self-doping mechanism inhomogeneous charge distribution crystallography different CuO2 layers.
