摘要: Studies were conducted with used frying oils in a flat membrane batch cell using five different types of polymeric membranes to decrease the soluble degradation products. During processing, triglycerides permeated preferentially compared majority polar compounds including oxidation products, polymers, and color compounds. Two composite membranes, NTGS-AX NTGS-2200, selectively rejected products extent 25–48% 24–44% respectively. The reduction Lovibond values (5R+Y) was range 83–93%. viscosity oil reduced 22%. effective reducing impurities, as well insoluble particulates, without causing any undesirable changes oil. process appears improve life does not have disadvantages associated active filtration systems, however, for commercial application permeate flux needs be improved considerably.
