摘要: Expression of CD24 represents a poorly recognized, unfavorable prognostic factor. the protein is supposed to facilitate extravasation tumor cells. Our study aimed at examination significance estimation in samples obtained from primary surgeries (PS) and secondary cytoreductions (SCR) (after chemotherapy) ovarian cancer patients. The analyses were performed on sections originating 73 samples. Immunohistochemical reactions paraffin studied tumors, using monoclonal antibodies against CD24. Kaplan–Meier9s analysis showed that significantly shorter overall survival time progression-free was demonstrated characterize cases with cytoplasmic membranous expression (CD24c-m) (P
