摘要: An ever-increasing number of thoracic procedures are being performed through minimally invasive techniques. Although the incidence hypoxemia during one-lung ventilation (OLV) has decreased over years, it remains an issue in roughly 10% cases. Algorithms for management OLV have to be adapted thoracoscopic approach, particular need optimal surgical exposure. With appropriate planning and caution, most treatment modalities can applied thoracoscopy setting, with some modifications.
