摘要: Abstract The effect of combination chemotherapy with CCNU and 5 -FU given either simultaneously or a time interval 24 hr was studied in the Lewis lung carcinoma mouse osteosarcoma C 22 LR. Tumour growth delay, number metastases colonies as well survival mice without surgical removal primary tumour were used parameters. Treatment followed by least effective schedule both lines. In order to evaluate therapeutic gain, we also investigated cell killing drugs different schedules on resting rapidly proliferating bone marrow stem cells: most toxic treatment sequence. Consequently, (the ratio between normal tissues) must be low when this sequence is given. If considered for clinical gastrointestinal cancer, frequently scheme nitrosourea first day -day course -FU. Based our preclinical studies, suggest which within short CCNU.
