摘要: This review focuses on the enzymes involved in two microbial carbon dioxide fixation pathways, Calvin-Benson-Bassham cycle and reductive tricarboxylic acid cycle. The function, structural features, gene regulation of ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (Rubisco), a key enzyme cycle, is described. Some recent findings Rubisco from archaea Rubisco-like proteins are also outlined. In final section, biochemical features reviewed.
