Student-generated awareness information in a group awareness tool: what does it reveal?

摘要: Group awareness tools (GATs) are used to enhance among students in online collaborative settings. GATs display information of group processes, so have a shared understanding the collaboration. They also encourage share their opinions regarding which externalizes unspoken and facilitates regulation activities. The current study observed how generated when being guided by GAT. primary aim was investigate contents student-generated collected from evaluations processes reflections about collaboration process. A case study, drawing upon both qualitative quantitative data, conducted study. results suggested validity information, its application evaluating processes. Students’ identified successful as well disadvantageous aspects three themes: communication, efficient work commitment. Overall, findings that can reveal real status Successful were discussed students’ perspectives.
