摘要: Abstract Bulk samples of Se92Te8−xSnx glassy alloys are obtained by melt quenching technique. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) technique (under non-isothermal conditions) has been applied to determine the thermal properties Se-rich at different heating rates. Results glass transition temperature, enthalpy released, fragility and specific heat (x = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 5) chalcogenide glasses have reported discussed. The temperature (Tg), activation energy found increase with in Sn content. (by Gibbs–Dimarzio equation) also calculated. Both values Tg (experimental as well theoretical) be good agreement a rate 10 K min−1. It observed that value (Cp) below difference Cp before after (ΔCp) is highly compositional dependent. enth...
