A European multicenter study (Surveillance of Cerebral Palsy in Europe, SCPE) was used to describe changes over time multiple birth rates and cerebral palsy (CP) among born infants, compare CP clinical types between multiples singletons, analyse the influence order twins. Methods. Data were collected from 12 population-based registers on 6613 children 1975-90, as well demographic data. Results.
