摘要: In this paper, the needs and modelling considerations of diagrammatic representations information flow are assessed. It presents main recommendations 18 engineers, scientists, managers during case studies involving 3 semiconductor companies. The study shows that effective processes primitives require use colour coding within diagrams, identification dichotomies for classification, simplification content communication, case-by-case tool modelling. paper concludes by discussing implications findings research practice.
