摘要: A technique is described for the identification and estimation of inositol phosphates by paper partition chromatography, in either one or two dimensions. Development with methanol/aqueous ammonia resolved mono-, di-, tri-, tetra- hexa-phosphates into four spots, tri- tetra-phosphate moving together. Acid solvents, such as acetone/acetic acid, moved all these compounds a compact group. The method has been used to estimate soils. The were extracted sodium hydroxide and, after removal many organic inorganic concomitants, precipitated barium salts, converted free acids examined chromatographically. In soils so far examined, hexaphosphate accounted about one-third soil phosphate; tetra-/tri-phosphate was present very small quantity, but neither di- nor monophosphate detected.
