Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Knowledge Sharing Practices: Needs for the Establishment of Repository

摘要: Higher Education Institution (IHL) is an organization that promotes knowledge sharing practices for teaching and learning research. Not much research has been carried out on the use of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in education sector to form repository which turn can help lecturers acquire purposes. The objective this find ICT factors influence among impact creating repositories performance innovation lectures. A total six hypotheses are put forward purpose.
