摘要: This study explores the factors that inhibit behavior of knowledge sharing among members an organization; a public university in particular. Three were tested; lack self-efficacy to represent individual factors, information and communication technology (ICT) technological organizational rewards factors. Correlation analysis was used determine relationships between these behaviors. Regression applied most dominant factor all. Findings indicate negative barrier with being dominant.
