摘要: Purpose – The objective of this study is to investigate the knowledge‐sharing behavior undergraduate students in Singapore and cover areas such as purpose sharing knowledge, communication channels preferred for sharing, factors that inhibit or motivate knowledge among students.Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire was used collecting data 180 from three public universities participated study.Findings It found that, generally, displayed a positive attitude towards were appreciative its importance peer learning.
