摘要: Abstract We have developed an immunosensor based on a piezoelectric quartz resonator, which detects methamphetamine (MA) in liquids from shift of the resonant frequency. The sensor has MA-albumin conjugates immobilized resonator and its frequency shifts downward contact with monoclonal antibody to MA dissolved phosphate buffer solution. Under condition fixed concentration antibody, is attenuated by mixing Based this principle, it been possible detect 0.02–100 ppm detection time about 7 min. proved be sensitive stable enough critical (1 ppm) human urine.
