Calciphylaxis: an uncommon manifestation of primary hyperparathyroidism. A case report.

摘要: Calciphylaxis is a rare disorder which mainly affects patients with end-stage renal disease and secondary hyperparathyroidism. We report here case of calciphylaxis in 56-year-old woman primary hyperparathyroidism, much more uncommon association. Skin biopsy revealed the characteristic pictures disease. Soon after parathyroidectomy, parameters phosphorus-calcium metabolism normalised but cutaneous lesions persisted for several months.
