摘要: Resume Les cellules tumorales presentent des variations du contenu de proteines pro- ou anti-tumorales qui leur procurent un avantage selectif croissance par rapport aux normales dont elles derivent. Le controle ces taux proteiques s'effectue trois niveaux, ADN, ARNm et proteine, est conditionne la structure chacun acteurs pour mise en œuvre mecanismes moleculaires impliques dans le synthese, maturation stabilite l'ARNm proteine elle-meme.
