摘要: The level of expression and the phosphorylation status alpha subunit initiation factor 2 (eIF2alpha) protein have been determined by comparing samples from human stomach, colon sigma-rectum carcinomas with normal tissue same patients. unphosphorylated phosphorylated levels cytoplasmic eIF2alpha, as well percentage over total, were significantly higher in tumours compared tissue. this was also studied using immunocytochemical methods, where redistribution towards nucleus tumour cells observed. Our results support a likely implication eIF2alpha gastrointestinal cancer.
