摘要: Intracellular signaling is the series of events which translates specific message circulating ligands into a particular biological response in target cells. The first step hormone involves interaction between ligand and its cognate receptor (membrane or nuclear), turn induces stoichiometric conformational changes on ligand-receptor complex. In current state art, these modifications appear to be molecular basis signal triggering. Whatever number type proteins involved transduction process within cell, all known cascades involve one or, most cases, two basic mechanisms: protein-protein interactions protein phosphorylation.
