摘要: Visceral leishmaniasis is endemic in several parts of Africa, the Indian subcontinent and Latin America. The disease also occurs sporadically China, Mediterranean basin, South West Asia southern USSR. Once overt symptoms have developed usually considered to be fatal if left untreated.
