Effects of modulation strength in guided-mode resonant subwavelength gratings at normal incidence

摘要: A comparative study of the reflection spectral resonances in weakly and strongly modulated subwavelength gratings is presented. The effects strong modulation resonant have been largely ignored literature. We show that stability as a function angle incidence around normal can be greatly enhanced with while desirable narrow linewidth associated still maintained.
