摘要: Gd3+ doped Y2SiO5 powders were prepared by combustion synthesis method. The photoluminescence of as and annealed sample was investigated under UV excitation. Under 254 nm excitation, the phosphor showed main emission peak in region at 316 nm attributed transition Gd3+. According to relative intensity with different concentration, optimal substitution for obtained 5 mol%. excitation spectra have peaks 249 nm, 257 nm 275 nm. is intense one charge transfer Gd-O. Mechanism process also discussed.
